when they planted trees at their missions. Texas is one of the leading
peach producers in the country. The Strawberry-Rhubarb Filling can
replace the peach filling. It, too, is delicious.
Peach Queen's Peach Cobbler —
A friend's father had a peach orchard and the friend brought me a bushel of
fresh peaches and this recipe. I made it for my boyfriend who, I found out
later, hated peach cobbler... until he tasted my cobbler made with this
Peach-a-Berry Cobbler (T&T) — This is a family favorite. I often double the recipe to take to
a pot luck dinner.
