French Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
