French Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
