Lime Cream Pie



  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lime juice from concentrate or fresh
  • Green food coloring, optional
  • 1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 (6 ounce) Graham cracker crumb pie crust

  1. In medium bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and food coloring if desired.
  2. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set.
  4. Garnish as desired.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers.
