Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup pumpkin
  • 1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 heaping tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell

Instructions

  1. Put pumpkin into double boiler.
  2. Pour in marshmallows on top.
  3. Add salt, butter and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Stir over low heat until marshmallows have melted.
  5. Pour into pie shell. Cool.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
