Raspberry Crumble



  • 2 cups crushed raspberries
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Sprinkle berries with half of the sugar; add lemon juice and stir well. Place in a buttered baking dish.
  2. Blend butter and remaining sugar, flour and salt. Cover berries with this mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
