Pat in the Pan Pie Crust

Pat in the Pan Pie Crust

This is just the recipe for those who do not like to make rolled-out pie crusts. This is a never-fail recipe.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Dash of salt

  1. Mix ingredients. Form into a ball. Set dough in pan and pat to form the crust.
  2. If using for a cooked filling, prick the bottom of the crust and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until brown.

You can also blind-bake this crust.
