Pat in the Pan Pie Crust
This is just the recipe for those who do not like to make rolled-out pie crusts. This is a never-fail recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Mix ingredients. Form into a ball. Set dough in pan and pat to form the crust.
- If using for a cooked filling, prick the bottom of the crust and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until brown.
Notes
You can also blind-bake this crust.
