Pecan Meal Pie Crust
- 2 cups pecan meal
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients and mix with a fork until uniformly moistened.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9- or 10-inch pie pan.
- Using your fingertips or a flat-bottom glass, press the mixture
evenly over the bottom and sides of a pie plate.
- Bake until richly
browned, 10 to 15 minutes.
