Pecan Sandies Crust


  • I cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans


  1. Cut butter or margarine into flour with pastry blender or fork to make coarse crumbs.
  2. Stir in pecans and pat into a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 to 15 minutes, just until light golden brown Do not overcook.
  4. Cool.
