Pecan Sandies Crust
- I cup all-purpose flour
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- Cut butter or margarine into flour with pastry blender or fork to
make coarse crumbs.
- Stir in pecans and pat into a 13 x 9-inch glass
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 to 15 minutes, just
until light golden brown Do not overcook.
