Pie Crust for Cooked Fillings
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- With hands, mix all ingredients to soft dough.
- Press dough into a 9 inch pie pan, but not on rim.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly brown at 400 degrees F.
- Cool.
- Pour in filling.
