Pie Crust for Cooked Fillings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. With hands, mix all ingredients to soft dough.
  2. Press dough into a 9 inch pie pan, but not on rim.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly brown at 400 degrees F.
  4. Cool.
  5. Pour in filling.
