Potato Chip Pie Crust
This is delicious filled with any creamed seafood, creamed chicken
or creamed vegetables, then topped with potato chip crumbs.
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed potato chips
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- Mix potato chip crumbs with butter.
- Press firmly into an ungreased
9-inch pie pan or plate.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 7 minutes.
