Potato Chip Pie Crust


This is delicious filled with any creamed seafood, creamed chicken or creamed vegetables, then topped with potato chip crumbs.


  • 1 1/2 cups finely crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine


  1. Mix potato chip crumbs with butter.
  2. Press firmly into an ungreased 9-inch pie pan or plate.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 7 minutes.
  4. Cool.
