Rice Krispies Pie Crust
This is a good crust for ice cream pies.
- 1 cup Rice Krispies, rolled
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Mix all together and press into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake for 7 to 8 minutes 425 degrees F.
- Let the crust cool and then chill in refrigerator before filling.
Yield: one 9-inch crust
