Baked Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 (3.5 ounce) can coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Instructions
- Mix sugar, flour, milk, eggs, butter, coconut, vanilla extract and salt well with an electric beater.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, then at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
