Baked Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) can coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, flour, milk, eggs, butter, coconut, vanilla extract and salt well with an electric beater.
  2. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, then at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
