Blackberry Sour Cream Pie


  • 4 cups fresh blackberries (frozen, if you must)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted


  1. Combine the sugar, sour cream, flour and salt.
  2. Place berries in pie shell.
  3. Spread sour cream mixture on top.
  4. Combine bread crumbs and remaining sugar and butter. Sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until done.
