Bonbons Ice Cream Pie




  1. Crush cookies; combine with butter.
  2. Press into buttered 8-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Spoon ice cream into pie shell; cover surface of ice cream with bonbons. Gently press down into ice cream; freeze.
  6. Before serving, cover pie with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  8. Serve immediately.
