Brownie Ice Cream Pie




  1. Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
  2. Cool slightly; add sugar.
  3. In a bowl beat eggs until foamy; add chocolate mixture and continue beating.
  4. Fold in nuts.
  5. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate and bake at 325 degrees F for about 35 minutes.
  6. When cool, fill with ice cream.
  7. Freeze.
  8. To serve, top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
