Easy Lemon Ice Cream Pie
Only FOUR ingredients!
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen concentrated lemonade
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 ready-made Graham
cracker pie crust
- In a mixing bowl with electric mixer, blend together undiluted lemonade concentrate
(frozen or thawed but chilled), Cool Whip and ice cream until blended.
- Pour into
cracker crust and freeze for several hours or overnight.
- Serve immediately.
