Irish Coffee Ice Cream Pie




  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix crumbs, butter, pecans and liqueur. Press into 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Bake about 8 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Freeze 1 hour.
  6. Spread ice cream evenly in crust. Freeze until ice cream is set.
  7. Beat whipping cream to soft peaks.
  8. Add sugar, whiskey and espresso powder and whip until stiff. Spoon into pastry bag with large star tip. Pipe decoratively over ice cream.
  9. Garnish with candies.
  10. Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
