Lemon Ice Cream Pie
- 12 ounces canned frozen concentrated lemonade (do not dilute)
- 1 (8 ounce)
container Cool Whip
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 Graham
cracker pie crust
- In a mixing bowl with electric mixer, blend together lemonade concentrate (frozen
or thawed but chilled), Cool Whip and ice cream until blended.
- Pour into Graham
cracker crust and freeze for several hours or overnight.
