Peanut Butter Rocky Road
Ice Cream Pie



  • 1 quart rocky road ice cream
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 small container Cool Whip
  • 1 Graham cracker crust or baked pie shell


  1. Soften 1 quart of ice cream and mix in the peanut butter and Cool Whip.
  2. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Freeze at least one hour.
