Pina Colada Ice Cream Pie


  • 1 Graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pint pineapple sherbet
  • 1/3 cup liquid pina colada mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon rum extract (optional)


  1. Slightly soften ice cream and sherbet; stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into pie shell. Refreeze.
  3. Garnish with pineapple, strawberries or kiwi slices.
