Pink Lemonade Pie




  1. In a large bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, Cool Whip, softened vanilla ice cream and food coloring if using.
  2. Pour mixture into the Graham cracker crust.
  3. Freeze for about 4 hours before serving.
  4. To serve, remove pie from freezer a few minutes before serving.

Serves 6 to 8.
