Pink Lemonade Pie
1 Graham cracker crust
6 ounces pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
4 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
Few drops red food coloring, optional
In a large bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, Cool Whip, softened vanilla ice cream and food coloring if using.
Pour mixture into the Graham cracker crust.
Freeze for about 4 hours before serving.
To serve, remove pie from freezer a few minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
