Pink Lemonade Pie
- 1 Graham
- 6 ounces pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 4 ounces
Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- Few drops red food coloring,
- In a large bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, Cool Whip, softened vanilla ice
cream and food coloring if using.
- Pour mixture into the Graham
for about 4 hours before serving.
- To serve, remove pie from freezer a few minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
