Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
• 3/4 cup pumpkin
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 Graham cracker crust

Instructions

1. Combine the ice cream, pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
2. Pour into the Graham cracker crust.
3. Freeze until serving time.
4. Serve with whipped cream.
