Impossible Egg Custard Pie
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie plate.
- Place all ingredients in blender; cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
- Refrigerate any leftover pie.
