Impossible Pizza Pie
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) can pizza sauce
- 1/2 (3 1/2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle onion and Parmesan cheese into pie plate.
- Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Spread with pizza sauce; top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is light brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
