Impossible Pizza Pie

Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pizza sauce
  • 1/2 (3 1/2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle onion and Parmesan cheese into pie plate.
  3. Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended.
  4. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Spread with pizza sauce; top with remaining ingredients.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is light brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes.
