Impossible Rhubarb Pie



  • 3 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 10-inch pie pan.
  2. Put rhubarb into pan.
  3. Blend all remaining ingredients for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour over rhubarb.
  5. Let set for a few minutes.
  6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
