Peanut Butter Pie
- 5 heaping tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 12 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 regular size container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 prepared chocolate Graham cracker pie crust
- Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Put into pie crust.
- Cool in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
