Kahlua Pecan Pie



Pie Shell and Filling

Kahlua Cream


  1. Prepare pie shell.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together well.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in salt, corn syrup and Kahlua.
  5. Place pecans in pie shell and add Kahlua mixture over the pecans.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  7. Cool thoroughly and top with Kahlua Cream.
  8. Kahlua Cream: Combine cream and Kahlua and beat to soft peaks.
