Special Rum Coffee Pie
- 50 large marshmallows
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 6 tablespoons rum
- 1 pint whipping
cream, whipped stiff
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped stiff
- Toasted slivered almonds
- Melt marshmallows in a saucepan lightly sprayed with Pam. Add coffee and rum.
- When cool, fold the mixture into one pint of whipped cream.
- Pour it into a pie
pan that has been lined with ladyfingers.
- Top with 1/2 pint whipped cream, and sprinkle
