Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, cream cheese, and butter. Press into tiny cupcake tins.
  2. Mix together walnuts, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Fill lined tins 3/4 full.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
