Tiny Shortbread Tarts




  1. In a mix bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add flour; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls; press onto the bottom and up the side of greased miniature muffin cups.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees F for 17-22 minutes.
  4. Cool for 15 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove from pans.
  6. Spoon 1 teaspoon of pie filling into each tart.
