Honey-Hot Buffalo Chicken Pizza



  1. In a small saucepan, combine crushed tomato with honey, garlic, oregano and hot pepper sauce. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup tomato mixture with chicken; reserve.
  3. Shape pizza dough according to package directions for thin-crusted pizza.
  4. Brush pizza shell with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  5. Spread remaining sauce over dough.
  6. Scatter reserved chicken over sauce.
  7. Bake at 500 degrees F until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Sprinkle pizza with cheese, then celery.
  10. Cut pizza into 6 wedges.

Serves 6.
