Pizza Recipes
Shrimp and Fontina Pizza
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust
- 2/3 cup Provolone cheese
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced and sauté ed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 6 ounces small shrimp, cooked
- 2 cups Fontina cheese, grated
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Top a pizza crust with the provolone and mozzarella.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced tomatoes, onions and basil.
- Add the shrimp and top with the fontina cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Serve warm.
