Summer Garden Pizza
1 large Italian flatbread (such as Boboli)
1 package goat cheese
1 or 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Bell peppers, sliced
Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
Good handful of sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and sliced
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place flatbread on a cookie sheet or pizza stone.
Spread goat cheese on bread.
Top with tomatoes; sprinkle peppers, olives and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
