Summer Garden Pizza
- 1 large Italian flatbread (such as Boboli)
- 1 package goat cheese
- 1 or 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers, sliced
- Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- Good handful of sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and sliced
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place flatbread on a cookie sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread goat cheese on bread.
- Top with tomatoes; sprinkle peppers, olives and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
