Summer Garden Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 large Italian flatbread (such as Boboli)
  • 1 package goat cheese
  • 1 or 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • Good handful of sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place flatbread on a cookie sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread goat cheese on bread.
  4. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle peppers, olives and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
