Taco Pizza

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 package taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons homemade Taco Seasoning
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls
  • 1/2 pound American cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup black olive slices
  • Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix; simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Unroll dough; press onto bottom and side of an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan.
  4. Prick bottom and sides with fork.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cover crust with meat mixture; top with cheese.
  7. Continue baking until cheese begins to melt.
  8. Top with remaining ingredients.
  9. Serve with sour cream.
