Thai Pizza

  • 1 Boboli or homemade crust
  • Thai Sauce
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • Shrimp
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Crushed red chiles, to taste

Thai Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil


  1. Heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spray or grease a pizza pan or stone.
  2. Pizza: Spread sauce over pizza crust.
  3. Scatter pizza with bean sprouts, cheese, shrimp and green onion.
  4. Bake on the bottom rack of preheated oven for 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is piping hot.
  5. Serve with topping of crushed red chiles to taste.
  6. Thai Sauce: Combine water, soy sauce, cider vinegar and sugar.
  7. Add peanut butter, rice vinegar and Oriental sesame oil. Mix well.
