Thai Pizza
Ingredients
Pizza
- 1 Boboli or homemade crust
- Thai Sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- Shrimp
- Green onion, chopped
- Crushed red chiles, to taste
Thai Sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spray or grease a pizza pan or stone.
Pizza
- Spread sauce over pizza crust.
- Scatter pizza with bean sprouts, cheese, shrimp and green onion.
- Bake on the bottom rack of preheated oven for 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is piping hot.
- Serve with topping of crushed red chiles to taste.
Thai Sauce
- Combine water, soy sauce, cider vinegar and sugar.
- Add peanut butter, rice vinegar and Oriental sesame oil. Mix well.
