Pepperoncini Popcorn



  • 3 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni, each slice cut in half
  • 15 cups salted popped popcorn
  • 1 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin


  1. In 2 batches, microwave the pepperoni on HIGH on a paper towel-lined microwave-safe plate for 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp.
  2. Toss with popcorn, pumpkin seeds, chili powder and cumin.

Serves 8.
