Pepperoncini Popcorn
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 3 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni, each slice cut in half
- 15 cups salted popped popcorn
- 1 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- In 2 batches, microwave the pepperoni on HIGH on a paper towel-lined microwave-safe
plate for 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp.
- Toss with popcorn, pumpkin seeds, chili powder and cumin.
