Almond Butterscotch Popcorn

  • 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch morsels
  • 4 cups popped corn
  • 2 cups slivered almonds


  1. In a 1 quart microwave-safe measuring cup, microwave butterscotch morsels on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute, until melted and smooth.
  2. Pour over popcorn and almonds, stirring gently to mix well.
  3. Drop in small clusters onto a lightly buttered baking sheet.
  4. Let cool.
