Butterscotch Almond Popcorn

Yield: about 6 cups


  • 12 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 4 cups popped corn
  • 2 cups slivered almonds


  1. In a 1-quart microwave-safe measuring cup, microwave butterscotch chips on HIGH power for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute, until melted and smooth.
  2. Pour over popcorn and almonds, stirring gently to mix well.
  3. Drop in small clusters onto a lightly-buttered baking sheet.
  4. Let cool.
