Kiddie Popcorn Crunch
Ingredients
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Dash of salt
- 2-3 drops food coloring
- 8 to 10 cups popped corn
Instructions
- Cook confectioners' sugar, water, butter, salt and food coloring to soft
ball stage (225 degrees F) on candy thermometer (234 degrees F at sea level).
- Pour
over one batch of popcorn (about 8-10 cups), mixing quickly and well.
