Popcorn Balls 2
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons light corn
- 2 quarts popped corn
- In a small sauce pot, combine the brown sugar, butter and light corn syrup. Place
it on the stove at medium heat. When the ingredients are melted, increase the heat
and cook for one minute.
- Pop the popcorn in the microwave and then place it in a stainless steel mixing
- When the sugar is finished cooking, pour it over the popcorn. Make sure all
the popcorn is coated with the sugar and then form it into balls.
- Place the popcorn balls on a sheet of parchment paper and allow them to cool
for 30 minutes.
