Amish Wedding Gravy

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 14 cup all-purpose flour
• 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 2 cups water

Instructions

1. Melt butter, heat until browned.
2. Add flour and seasoning. Whisk together and boil for several minutes.
3. Add chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil. Let boil for several more minutes, stirring constantly.
