Chicken Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 pound) chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups bread cubes
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups diced celery

Instructions

  1. Stir and mix all ingredients.
  2. Spoon into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center of the loaf.
  4. Serve in slices.

Feeds quite a few people (about 20).
