Crumb Top Peach Pie
Ingredients
- 6 sliced peaches
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Arrange peaches in shell.
- Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, cream and pour over peaches.
- Mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter and put on top of pie.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees F until custard is set - about 30 minutes.
