Crumb Top Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 sliced peaches
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Arrange peaches in shell.
  2. Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, cream and pour over peaches.
  3. Mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter and put on top of pie.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees F until custard is set - about 30 minutes.
