Favorite Amish Never Fail Pie Crust
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Crisco
- 1 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- Blend flour, sugar and salt. Cut in Crisco.
- Mix together egg, water and vinegar.
- Add to flour.
- Chill before rolling.
This will keep for days in the refrigerator and will be easy to roll.
