Ham Loaf
Ingredients
Ham Loaf
- 1 pound fresh ground pork
- 1 pound cured ground ham
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all Ham Loaf ingredients together, shape into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. At the end of 1 hour, pour Sauce over the ham loaf.
- Mix all Sauce ingredients and bring to a boil before pouring over ham loaf.
