Ham Loaf



Ham Loaf

  • 1 pound fresh ground pork
  • 1 pound cured ground ham
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar


  1. Mix all Ham Loaf ingredients together, shape into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. At the end of 1 hour, pour Sauce over the ham loaf.
  2. Mix all Sauce ingredients and bring to a boil before pouring over ham loaf.
