Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A bit of brown sugar
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, brown sugar and onion. Add tomato soup.
  2. Cook egg noodles; drain. Add cream of chicken soup.
  3. Layer hamburger mixture and noodle mixture in casserole dish with processed cheese slices between layers.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
