Homemade Bologna

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons Morton's Tender Quick
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke

Instructions

  1. Mix well. Roll into 2 rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  2. Put on greased pan. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees F, turning meat once halfway through baking time.
