Finadene

This is the national sauce of Guam. It is a condiment used for dipping.

Yield: about 3/4 cup

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup sliced green onions
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, stir together all four ingredients.
2. Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
