Cajun Deep-Fried Corn on the Cob

Cajun Deep-Fried Corn on the Cob


  • Buttermilk
  • Flour
  • Cornmeal
  • Cajun seasoning, to taste


  1. Soak ears of corn in the buttermilk for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix together equal parts of flour and cornmeal. Stir in Cajun seasoning.
  3. Remove corn from buttermilk, and roll in flour-cornmeal mixture.
  4. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes at 375 degrees F.
