Cajun Deep-Fried Corn on the Cob
- Cajun seasoning, to taste
- Soak ears of corn in the buttermilk for about 10 minutes.
- Mix together equal parts of flour and cornmeal. Stir in Cajun seasoning.
- Remove corn from buttermilk, and roll in flour-cornmeal mixture.
- Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes at 375 degrees F.
