Cajun Mayonnaise
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to distribute the spices.
- Place in a covered container and refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours before using.
Notes
Prepare Cajun Mayonnaise 24 hours before using so that flavors blend.
Leftovers can be stored for up to 1 week.
